Salt hill Pub in Newport teams up with Long Trail Brewery to offer a Beer Dinner this Wednesday, January 26th at 6:30pm.

Enjoy a sumptuous hand-crafted 5-course meal courtesy of Chef Aric Eaglestone, with each course paired with one of Long Trail's classic brews.

From roasted red and gold beet salad with roasted almonds and candied ginger vinaigrette (w/Long Trail Centennial Red Ale), to roast cornish game hen with bacon apple stuffing and rosemary pan jus (w/Long Trail Double Bage Ale), each course (including dessert!) is crafted to please your palate, and each beer provides accent and balance.
