Bistro Nouveau is generously donating a portion of its profits to the Grantham Mountaineers Prouty Team for all dinners served during this time.

This is the 30th anniversary of The Prouty, which raises money for the Norris Cotton Cancer Center. The Grantham Mountaineers have so far raised over $6,700 for this year's event.
